It has come to our attention again that companies known as Woofers etc.com, Techronics.com, CartronixPlus.com and ANY eBay sellers are selling products on the Internet.

We emphatically say several Internet Companies selling Boston or Memphis products are not authorized dealers for Arc Audio, Boston Acoustics, US Amps / RE Audio and Memphis Car Audio as listed on their websites. Please check the below Authorized Dealer links before you buy from them.

Also, we don't know exactly how it's happening but amplifiers bought from those companies and sent for repair have lost their original serial numbers, even the serial numbers that were carefully hidden inside each unit.

This removal or defacement of the official serial number voids product warranty completely and borders on legally questionable action. These dealers can and WILL be fined no less than $10,000 if they are caught.

We once again warn all of you out there to make absolutely certain you are buying a fully warrantable product by asking to see the original ARPA of America Warranty Registration Card originally shipped with the unit (a serial number is always affixed to this card) or ask for the actual serial number and call the company to verify its authenticity.

Tampered products hurt you and damage the reputation you've come to expect from the products we carry. It hurts the company and hurts all consumers worldwide as well!

Beware and check for an original serial number every time you buy any products such as Boston Acoustics, Memphis Car Audio, Atomic Loudspeakers, Arc Audio, JVC Arsenal, Compustar, US Amps / RE Audio or any products we carry.

A World Wide Problem

Yes they are everywhere making claims. For example, the companies sell these products on eBay are not a Boston Acoustics or Memphis Car Audio distributor, and they are NOT an authorized dealer, no matter what they say; if you still don’t believe me call Memphis or Boston to verify this.

Remember, if you buy these products from this type of company you will not receive any support from us or from manufacturer representative in your country.
