No returned merchandises are accepted after 14 days of purchase. No returns are accepted for DISCONTINUED, CLOSEOUT or CLEARANCE merchandises (All their warranties must have the RA numbers before sending to us or the manufacturer). All returned merchandises must be new and in original sealed conditions ( not opened packages). A 15% restocking fees will be charged for all returns. No refunds for shipping charges.
