What electronics do you work on? We do repairs on: TVs, VCRs, DVD Players, Computers, Laptops, Car Stereo, Home Stereo, Amplifiers, Camcorders, and others. We do not work on home appliances.
What is the process to get my unit fixed? To begin, you need to bring your unit to our store (location in Contact Us). There will be an estimate charge depending on the unit which will be payed up front that day (if you decide to repair, the amount of your estimate will be deducted from the repair bill). We will keep the unit on the estimate list until your unit can be looked at. The estimate process generally takes up to 3 business days. You will need to contact us by phone or in person on the day we think your unit will have been looked by. We will then tell you the problem to be fixed and the cost of the repair. You will then decide if you want to repair your unit or not. Repair times depend highly on part availability and shipping.
What if my problem comes back after you fix it? We have a 60 day warranty on our labor/parts from date of the unit being pick up.
If I decide not to repair my unit, will you buy it from me? Sorry, we don't purchase items from third-party sources.
Why is my unit taking so long? Most of the time, a unit cannot be worked on until the parts arrive. The total time of repair depends highly on the time of shipping for parts.
Do you do repairs under factory warranty? We do not do repairs under factory warranty, if your unit needs manufacturer warranty work you will need to contact the company of that unit.
My TV is too big for me to carry to your store, do you make house calls? Yes, we do house calls for big screens and TVs greater than 30". House calls include one of our employees to come to your residence and write an estimate for your TV on that day. The cost to do a house call will be $75 payed upfront at your residence and is non-refundable. If you need a house call to be done, please contact us by phone at (281) 298-8827 to make an appointment.
