1) Most orders are shipped via standard ground (3-8 business days). Express shipping i.e. three days (3 business days), second day air (2 business days), next day air/ overnight (1 day) methods are also available. Please contact our Customer Service for an accurate shipping rate, if express shipping is desired.
2) Ordinary tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of order completion.

4) Because of the extremely large volume of product that Bicostereo.com moves, from time to time, products may sell out. While this is unusual Bicostereo.com has a reliable network of warehouses across the country to fulfill orders. If a product is out of stock, or is backordered from the manufacturer, you will be contacted immediately with the Estimated Arrival Date of the product, or with available options.
5) Hawaiian and Alaskan orders: Consumers are welcome to place orders online. Orders shipped to these two states will be shipped via Second Day Air. For exact shipping rates, please contact our Customer Service.
6) Shipping Damages: For your Peace of Mind, all orders are shipped insured against damage. If your product is received damaged, please contact our customer service for assistance. *Shipping rates may increase for items that are considered by the carrier as oversized, overweight, or require special handling of any kind.
7) We do not ship to PO boxes.
